collecting data. display of artifacts. specimens.
terms from the past that i want to apply to the present. also the notion of the impossible or the unattainable. can it be made visible? can it be collected and displayed? what happens if it is?

progression of ideas, circling around the notion of questioning what is presented as a given. how do we perceive visual data? do we accept it as fact? is an image always true? is it possible to question the very notion of sight? how does this happen?
